''Watching you Watching me'' took first place in the 40th Midlands Open Art Exhibition today, this is the first exhibition/competition that I have entered any of my work into, so you could say I have a 100% record. The exhibition was opened by Pollyanna Pickering the international award winning Wildlife Artist, and the prizes were presented by the Mayor of Erewash.

I'm not at all surprised - congratulations Grahame! I can imagine how elated you would have been, this being the first public showing of your work. A bit nerve-wracking I'll bet - kind of like going naked in public!
Thanks Peter your right, we all hope our work will be recieved well, so putting iy up there to be shot down can be nerve racking, think I would rather go naked in public......then maybe not!
