Robin

As you can see I have started work on my new little bird, which this time is one of my favourites The Robin, I love these as they can become very tame and they will after a while feed out of your hands. this drawing will be larger than the previous ones with a little more background detail, As you can see I've post a pic of the original photograph I took about a month ago, I'll post more as it develops....

Beautiful work Grahame. I just love all your bird drawings.

The red robin was always my favourite when I live in England as a young girl. I used to feed them at my grandparents home when on holiday. I also loved the little Blue Tits.

Great work Grahame.

I love our garden birds too. At the moment the blackbird and robin song has been superceded by thrush song - they seem to have 'seasons'.

Lovely plump little Robin - obviously rich pickings in your garden :o)

Thanks Dors, I think a Blue Tit could be next on the list or one of the Finches, so many birds so little time....

No Song Thrushes around here Sue, in fact not many birds at all in our garden thanks to a local cat who has taken up residence in the bushes...
